Efficient remote service with TRAVIS tools

Fast and highly efficient service is crucial for line uptime and production performance. These increasing service demands are a challenge for each service specialist. Brückner Servtec provides an answer with its TRAVIS product package. TRAVIS stands for “Tools for Remote Audio and Video In Service”.
By using today’s advanced technology, TRAVIS allows new ways of service and troubleshooting at film manufacturing lines. The current edition of Packaging Films, the global technical magazine on packaging films and laminates, presents several applications of the latest remote service tools within the TRAVIS product range of Brückner Servtec.
TRAVIS was also a highlight at the Brückner Servtec booth at the After-Sales-Service conference Maschinenbauforum which was held in Pforzheim, Germany, earlier this week. Visitors at the booth, which were mainly service center managers from engineering companies all over Germany, were highly interested in the new solutions to make remote service faster and more efficient.
