More efficient and highly sophisticated overhaul processes
Brückner Group China in Suzhou was the meeting point of this years “Clip & Chain Refurbishment Workshop”. Since the introduction of Brückner’s “competence center” for clip and chain overhaul, the Brückner experts from the German headquarters and the service locations in China, Colombia, India and Slovakia come together each year at a different location. The competence center and yearly meetings are coordinated by Brückner Germany.
The aims of those events are to intensify the international cooperation and exchange of OEM-know-how amongst the individual Brückner operations worldwide. Furthermore, the participants shall further develop skills of professional and economical clip and chain refurbishment. This global alliance is unique within OEMs of the film production industry. It provides state-of-the-art information for the participants with insights on new technical developments and staff trainings.
Film producers benefit from this special alliance with highest proficiency in efficient and economic clip and chain overhaul processes, e.g. the spare parts availability increases and the delivery time for the overhaul fastens, resulting in a higher line availability. Brückner Group China’s local spare parts stock and high-tech tools, devices, measuring and quality testing equipment in Suzhou are well appreciated by high end film producers. Additional equipment and smart processes increased the workshop capacity by 80%, in order to meet the demand of the customers.
In the end, the participants of the workshop agreed that the yearly meetings are very valuable for their daily business to enhance and sustain best customer service for film producers around the world.
