Next Twin Screw and Drive Upgrade in Italy

Manucor S.p.A. and Brückner Servtec team up again for a comprehensive upgrade of line 4 in Sessa Aurunca / Italy.
After the 5-layer modification in 2014, this upgrade is again a milestone in the good cooperation between Manucor and Brückner Servtec.
By changing the existing cascade extrusion system with a state of the art twin screw extrusion, Manucor continue their strategy to produce specialties. In conjunction with the new extrusion system the line drives – from casting unit to winder – will also be renewed.
All these line modifications lead to lower energy consumption, higher film quality, higher line efficiency and most important the production of value added BOPP film.
With this upgrading, which will be finished in 1-2019, Manucor will further strengthen their market position as a leading BOPP producer within Europe.
