After the successful start in 2016, the Brückner Service Days took place for the second time at the Brückner headquarters in Siegsdorf / Germany. The two-day event is an ideal platform for the film stretching sales and service specialists within the Brückner Group to exchange ideas and information.
The participants of the event came from all Brückner Servtec locations and agencies worldwide. According to the philosophy “think globally, act locally” the focus of the discussions was on how to improve processes in each single region, share ideas and present solutions to enhance customer support worldwide. For Brückner Servtec, it is very important to be close to our customers’ base of operation; therefore, we have sales and service locations at nearly every part of the world to provide fast and efficient service.
The Brückner Service Days started with presentations about all markets and their characteristics by the regional representatives. Followed by various topics about the latest technical developments for film stretching lines: e.g. Stefan Kugler, Manager Spare Parts, gave a detailed insight into the Chain and Clip Refurbishment service and Michael Schachinger, Manager Business Development, presented a future outlook to the digitalization project within Brückner Servtec.
In the end, all participants agreed that the Brückner Service Days are an excellent way to get to know the individual markets and find new solutions to offer an improved service to our customers.
