The Energy Monitor is a solution in our product portfolio to save energy. It is a software tool based on existing sensors for measuring and analyzing the energy consumption of all components of the film stretching line (The sensors can also be retrofitted at any production line). The real-time data survey increases the awareness of the energy consumption and helps to identify energy saving potentials at the line.
The system provides reports about the energy consumption during production regarding the mill roll, campaigns, products, months and years. Additionally, it provides reports during the non-productive time period regarding shutdown, purging, start-up, film break and stabilizing.
