The Inline Coating (ILC) technology is a wet chemical coating (water based) of plastic films with a primer directly during production. The step is carried out between MD and TD orientation. The adjustment of the surface properties with the ILC allows improved further converting steps.
Brückner's ILC system is easy to operate and fully integrated into the IMC system of the production line, i.e. all data is transparent.
