Brückner Servtec celebrates anniversary
From “service too” to “dedicated to service” – expanding into pro-active service for the biax industry!
Brückner Maschinenbau’s service department turned into an independent service corporation with the name “Brückner Servtec” in 2003. At that time, the Brückner Servtec team consisted of 35 employees. Today, more than 120 experts are working for Brückner Servtec at the headquarters in Germany and the service locations worldwide. They are dedicated to service and to helping the customers to ensure the maximum availability of their production lines. “Being global, acting local”.
Over the years, Brückner Servtec has modified and maintained hundreds of manufacturing lines to increase their reliability and efficiency. The product portfolio with upgrades, services and spare parts is unique in the biax industry. It offers customers the maximum of improvements for their existing lines – for Brückner lines and also non-Brückner lines.
Brückner Servtec has already dedicated 15 years as a reliable service partner for the complete lifecycle of film stretching lines – and many more will follow. The service experts are already working on the challenges of tomorrow, on service offers in the digital age, such as selecting and purchasing spare parts online, on services at film producers' fingertips or on know-how support at any place needed.
