Solutions for the profitable operation of film stretching lines

At Chinaplas, Asia’s No. 1 Plastics and Rubber Trade Fair, film producers were looking for new solutions to improve the efficiency of their existing BO film stretching lines. Brückner Servtec provided the right answers:   In great demand was the line upgrade to multi-layer and specialty film production, especially 5-layer and ultra-high-barrier film in order to enter new markets. Customers were also very interested in the

relocation of stretching lines and the value adding services provided by Brueckner Technology China in this process, e.g. valuation of equipment and refurbishment of components. Furthermore, the film industry specific

Integrated Process Control system (IPC) for increased productivity as well as the latest technologies in thickness gauge were parts of many intensive discussions with customers.
