Good news from Turkey: Our Regional Service Manager, Mr. Josef Haslinger, and me, Werner Bamberger, visited Polinas Plastik Sanayii ve Ticareti A.S. in Turkey last week and received a very warm welcome and good news: Since the installation of the TDO Heat Recovery System at one of its non-Brückner lines, Polinas Plastik has an annual saving of energy costs of 300,000 €!
Mr. Ertan Yilmazer, Project Maintenance and Utilities Manager at Polinas Plastik, is highly satisfied with the system: “The TDO Heat Recovery System from Brückner exceeds all our expectations! With the annual saving of energy costs, e.g. our natural gas consumption was reduced by 18%, the Heat Recovery System has an ROI of well under 1 year. This is tremendous! We knew before that the system provides very good results at Brückner lines, e.g. at JSC Mogilev, Belarus, but in our plant, the results are even better. At the moment we are already planning to install the Heat Recovery System for the TDO also at our other lines. With the help of Brückner we have now more funds for investing into new products rather than to waste it to energy providers.”
This is another example which shows that the Brückner energy saving solutions are very helpful tools for film manufacturers to save money and improve the company’s performance.
