The current upgrade is the new highlight of a long partnership with Brückner Servtec
Biaxplen Ltd. – a subsidiary company of Sibur Holding – is a leading BOPP film producer in Russia and Italy (JV with Manucor). Biaxplen's facilities consist of six production sites located in Novokuybyshevsk, Kursk, Balakhna (Nizhegorodsky region), Zheleznodorozhniy (Moscow region),Tomsk and Sessa Aurunca (Italy). To utilize their assets at the highest efficiency and quality level at all times, Biaxplen has been teaming up with Brückner Servtec from the very beginning. Their current upgrade of the thickness gauge system in an 8.2m wide BOPP line is just another highlight in this long partnership.
Despite the current circumstances in Corona times, the upgrade went very fast. Brückner’s local team in Moscow, the excellent partner network, the remote support from Brückner’s Siegsdorf premises and the perfect cooperation with Biaxplen’s staff guaranteed a professional project execution at any time. Now, Biaxplen’s upgraded line benefits from improved thickness measurement and thickness control, increased uptime, easier maintenance, and extended lifetime thanks to the latest technology.
