Although it is still September and the sun is shining at the Brückner headquarters in Germany, we are already planning our activities for the end of the year and can therefore make you a very interesting offer:
Minus 20% on the regular hourly rates for process engineers from October till December 2009 (except 24 - 31 December). Due to capacity limitations the discount is only available for the first 15 purchasers!

Module “Process” A general inspection of the complete line with respect to process conditions discloses potential improvements and modifications for handling, workflows, software and film products. Duration: One week or according to customer’s requirement
Module “Film” Intensive analysis of specific film properties by a process engineer, e.g. recipes, physical and optical film properties. Furthermore, the line adjustments for temperature settings, stretching ratios and film tensions will be investigated. In case the customer plans new film types, the process engineer provides professional support for development and manufacturing. Duration: One week or according to customer’s requirements
In addition to the module(s) “Process” and/or “Film”
Option “Soft-PLUS” An electrical engineer will carry out instant software modifications for improvement, as far as required. In order to ensure continuous spare parts availability he makes proposals for obsolete software and electrical hardware. Requirement: Online access to the line via Internet Duration: One week or according to customer’s requirements
Option “Energy-PLUS” Line inspection with IR-camera and consultancy by an energy expert to discover heat losses and potentials to save energy. A comprehensive audit report with recommendations is the base for further efficient alterations at the line. Duration: Two days or according to customer’s requirements
Option “Repair-PLUS” Corona roll repair with rework of former repairs with the newly developed “Rubber Roll Repair System”. Duration: Three days or according to customer’s requirements
